Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, JCB and Amex payments via Stripe.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. No payment card information will be recorded or stored with Sunset Surf in any format. Do not send card information by mail or any other method.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us by email and we will try and correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All goods unless stated otherwise are subject to a shipping and handling fee. Upon receipt of your order the goods are prepared for sending by second class Royal Mail postage. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are appropriately packed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. The price charged to you under shipping at the checkout includes the cost of postage and any packaging used in the process.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the condition of the product on its arrival please do not hesitate to contact us.

*We reserve the right to select the most appropriate method of shipment especially for multiple products and overseas. This will not affect the stated shipment charge and will not be an inferior service to that offered by Royal Mail second class postage.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

You must inform us within seven working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

Due to the size of our business if your item is not in stock, it may not be replenished within a reasonable timescale and we will regrettably need to cancel the order. We will inform you as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

Tax Charges

Where applicable orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
